Basanese Global Consulting
Basanese Global Consulting was founded by Mikayla Basanese to help organizations succeed in cross-cultural and international collaboration. Mikayla brings a decade of international experience, including over six years leading global engagement at NOAA in international program management, science diplomacy, and partnership development.
Mikayla has led U.S.-Korea research partnerships, developed global satellite collaboration strategies across 12 countries, and hosted international delegations spanning Asia, Europe, and North America. With strong ties to both Germany and East Asia, she brings cultural insight and practical strategy to every engagement.
She combines strategic consulting, facilitation, and cross-cultural training to deliver solutions that help nonprofits, governments, businesses, and institutions build trust and achieve measurable results in global initiatives.
